What You Will Do:
- Monitor accounts payable email for subcontractor invoices
- Review subcontractor invoices in detail to ensure compliance with subcontractor terms and correspond to vendors with any questions
- Forward complete subcontractor invoices to Project Managers for approval
- Enter subcontractor vouchers
- Enter monthly credit card voucher
- Create monthly journal entry for credit card accrual
- Create monthly recurring journal entries
- Create monthly recurring corporate vouchers
- Create month end subcontractor labor and travel accruals
- Prepare bank reconciliations
- Save biweekly payroll tax reports
- Create payroll tax and deduction vouchers
- Review all employee expense reports for accuracy and correspond with employees for corrections
- Train employees on the use of the expense report system
- Correspond with project managers to ensure timely approval of expense reports
- Enter daily cash receipts
What You Will Need (Minimum Job Requirements):
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
- Zero to 5 years experience
- Located in Albuquerque, NM
- Candidates considered for hire, after receiving an offer, must pass a federal background and federal drug test before beginning their work assignment. Refusal to submit to drug testing or not passing the drug test will result in disqualification of further employment consideration.
