Responsibilities:
Play an essential role in the month-end close processes including preparing journal entries and supporting reconciliations
Own accounts payable and accounts receivable process, including maintaining vendor and customer information, reviewing invoices, processing vendor payments and monitoring customer account balances
Manage vendor and customer onboarding and management
Oversee T&E, ensuring that all expense reports adhere to our policy
Perform monthly analytics to ensure completeness and accuracy of financial statements including reconciling, researching, and resolving discrepancies
Assists external audit by analyzing and scheduling general ledger accounts and providing information for auditors
Work cross-functionally, particularly with our operations team, to prepare closing entries and to anticipate changes to processes
Assist with local / state compliance requirements and filings
Performing other accounting duties and supporting junior staff as required or assigned
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in accounting or finance
1-2 years experience in accounting or finance
Knowledge of QuickBooks Enterprise is a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particular in Excel
Manufacturing experience is preferred
