SalaryThe primary function is to provide reliable and accurate analysis and information with the guidance of the Corporate Controller
Provide accounting support to the Controller; and back up critical accounting functions
Manage Monthly closing cycle and coordinate sub ledger closings of AP, AR, PR, and FA.
Prepare and for annual inventory and audit..
Assist in Budgets, Forecasts, rolling forecasts
Account Analysis, Standard & ad-hoc reporting.
Train on new processes and assist in project implementations
STRUCTURES:
The position reports directly to the Corporate Controller.
This position provides support and answers questions from all other departmental managers/supervisors.
Assist the Corporate Controller in:
Financial Accounting
Internal controls
Cost Accounting
SPECIFIC ACCOUNTING TASKS:
Bank reconciliations
Payroll account reconciliations & Timecard assistance
Balance Sheet critical account reconciliations
SG&A reports & inquiries
Account Analysis-Month end & ad hoc
AP batches
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
Education -BA/BS in Accounting
Experience - 5+ years in financial corporate environment
Well versed in GAAP accounting, especially accrual accounting
Worked in a financial ERP system
Exposure to a manufacturing environment
Strong communications and attention to detail

Pay: $49,610.99 - $59,746.57 per year
