The Senior Vice President & Chief Operating Officer at the CCCY serves on the CEO's senior leadership team and ensures successful operation of the YMCA branches. The Chief Operating Officer also positions the Y as a community convener and collaborator to address critical social issues.

Key Responsibilities
Lead with Purpose: Drive the strategic direction of our organization, ensuring every initiative aligns with our mission to empower individuals and strengthen communities. Provide leadership and direction to the branches by coaching executive directors and by providing overall direction to the branch boards and volunteers.
Operational Brilliance: Oversee day-to-day operations, implementing innovative solutions that enhance program effectiveness, member engagement, and facility optimization. Ensure the operational growth of the CCCY through program expansion, member recruitment and retention, pricing strategies, new site development, collaborations, and mergers and acquisitions.
Community Connection: Cultivate and nurture partnerships with local stakeholders, businesses, and government entities, fostering a collaborative environment that amplifies our impact. Partner with the Board of Directors to ensure the CCCY is identifying and meeting community needs effectively.
