- Foster a culture of customer-centricity, accountability, and continuous improvement within the Netgarde team
- Stay abreast of emerging threats, trends, and technologies in cybersecurity, and proactively update security measures and practices to mitigate risks
- Provide operations oversight and guidance to enhance the efficiencies and methodologies across the security business lines
- Maintain a structured goal-oriented approach for improvements within the security department
- Mentor and grow the security managers and leaders in your direct report.
- Tactically participate as a steadying hand in client technical or service items when necessary: account strategy, security incidents, general questions from client VIPs, etc.
- Represent our company through thought leadership activities in industry events and conferences to promote our security capabilities and MSP solutions
- Develop and execute business plans, budgets, and performance metrics to achieve organizational goals and objectives
- Refine and maintain a comprehensive Go-to-Market (GTM) security strategy and a offering catalog for CompassMSP, ensuring alignment of our security catalog with target market and current client needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including executive, sales, marketing, operations, and finance, to align strategies and maximize business impact, especially regarding a holistic client journey and knowledge transfer for new products or services
- Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation in our service offerings
- Proactively and visibly represent the CompassMSP security business among our current customers, new clients, as well as industry events through various client account meetings, interactions, and collaborations
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, business administration, or a related field
- Advanced degree or professional certifications (e.g., CISSP, MBA) preferred
- Proven experience in cybersecurity leadership roles within a managed services environment, with a track record of driving growth and profitability
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, technologies, and best practices
- Hands-on experience in security operations and risk management including working with regulatory frameworks and compliance standards, such as CMMC, SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, HIPAA, etc.
