Mitratech is hiring for a Senior Treasury Operations Analyst to join us. You'll collaborate cross-functionally to set up an efficient treasury function within an international accounting team with opportunity for career advancement.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Forecast cashflow daily by region to ensure adequate liquidity, investing short-term excess cash
- Determine and implement the optimal global banking structure for the company, consolidating bank accounts where appropriate, including integrating acquired companies and leading any KYC processes
- Own the ongoing reporting on the cash forecast provided to the board including explaining any variances
- Manage intercompany cash including intercompany lending, dividends, and capital injections and establish intercompany loan agreements, supporting Transfer Pricing efforts as required
- Oversee the use of the revolving credit facility and support the VP Controller with lender relationships
- Monitor interest rates, modelling the impact on the company's cash flows and support interest rate hedging programs as needed
- Manage new and existing bank relationships and negotiate bank and service fees where appropriate
- Develop, update, document and monitor operational policies and procedures related to cash management
- Establish and manage compliance controls and support both risk management and external audit requirements
- Establish a global FX strategy and trading partner(s)
- Evaluate and implement technologies or engage service providers to support Treasury operations
- Collaborate with Accounting, Finance and Legal teams on a variety of liquidity, working capital and tax optimization projects, preparing ad-hoc analysis when requested
Requirements & Skills:
- 3 - 5 years of extensive experience in Treasury and cash management
- Certified Treasury Professional, preferred
- Enthusiasm to establish and lead new processes
- Bachelor degree
- Strong quantitative skills with demonstrated modeling experience
- Mindset focused on continuous improvement and scaling processes for future growth
- Metrics-driven with an ability to prepare and communicate compelling, high-impact analysis for stakeholders
- High degree of integrity and accountability
- Excellent critical thinking skills combined with an attention to detail
