Job Description:
Job Responsibilities:
- Support end user through ticketing system and ensure accuracy of ticket categorization and priority.
- Set up and maintain master data values in Oracle eBS R12 for supported modules.
- Resolve tickets within SLA's.
- Partners with Lead Analyst to identify and document problems.
- Perform smoke testing for new features or updates.
- Provide feedback to management and Lead Analyst when critical issues occur.
- Be an Oracle eBS R12 subject matter expert.
- Assist agile product teams when needed.
Qualifications:
Education:
- MIS or other IT related degree require
Experience:
- Minimum 5+ years of Oracle eBS, R12 experience.
- Functional/Technical Proficiency in Oracle eBS modules: Procurement/Purchasing, AP, GL, Cash Management and Project Accounting/Fixed Assets.
- Exposure to Oracle Webcenter preferred.
- Proven multi-tasking and prioritization skills.
- Thorough understanding of Oracle module table structures, technical architecture, API's and Open Interfaces related to Oracle eBS, R12
- Experience in an application support environment
Functional Experience in Supply Chain, Accounting, and Accounts Payable fundamentals.
Competencies/Skills:
- Service Now support application
- Proficiency with Oracle SQL Developer.
- Oracle eBusiness Suite R12
- Must be flexible, working late nights/weekends at least 1 - 2 times per month.
- Must be able to effectively work independently and in teams
- Thorough understanding of standard MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong verbal and written skills.
- Works well under pressure.
- Understands best practices across various process streams.
