Job Description:
Cox Communications is seeking a Senior Technical Analyst/Adobe campaign who will report to the Senior Manager, Systems Engineering. This position is involved with the planning, development and execution of integrated, multi-tactical marketing programs via Adobe Campaign. The candidate is a part of the marketing operations team, which is responsible for revenue growth, focused on B2C current and prospective customers.

Compensation includes a base salary of $85,500.00 - $128,300.00. The salary rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's experience. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.

Job Description:
Cox Communications is seeking a Senior Technical Analyst/Adobe campaign who will report to the Senior Manager, Systems Engineering. This position is involved with the planning, development and execution of integrated, multi-tactical marketing programs via Adobe Campaign. The candidate is a part of the marketing operations team, which is responsible for revenue growth, focused on B2C current and prospective customers.
Responsibilities:
- Designs and targets audiences inside Adobe Campaign workflows supporting multichannel online and offline marketing campaigns
- Implements and assists with the development of strategic and tactical marketing programs to ensure that the company achieves revenue, net gain and margin contribution goals
- Orchestrate various segments, offers and personalization for multiple channel tactics deployed to avoid overlapping communications
- Utilizes specific approaches and tools for checking and cross-checking own and others' outputs. Develops and uses checklists to ensure information goes out error-free.
- Collaborates and supports research and analysis via test and learn design within Adobe workflows
- Develops workflows in Adobe Campaign that incorporate use of 3rd party AI tools
- Ability to establish data connections in Adobe Campaign with outside systems including designing data feeds to implement customer target audience lists
- Work with multiple data feeds into Adobe Campaign via the ACX or ETL process from systems such as AWS, Data Warehouse and external vendors
- Ability to triage complex issues related to Adobe Campaign workflows, experience working with Adobe team to resolve product issues
- Ability to research, identify and work with upstream boundary partners on any data needs/discrepancies
- Collaborates with other departments to ensure program effectiveness and to identify areas of opportunity to enhance program design and improve campaign performance
- May be specifically assigned to one or more teams or marketing functions and responsible for servicing as the targeting expert to drive stronger business results
- Experience in integrating AAM with Adobe Campaign for defining and capturing target audience for rendering email or direct mail (and other channels) via Adobe Campaign
- Ability to perform with teams where requirements are implemented, tested and improved frequently
- Experience with Message Center for real-time notifications
Skills and Qualifications
Minimum:
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 4 years' experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master's degree and 2 years' experience; a Ph.D. and up to 1 year of experience; or 8 years' experience in a related field
- 5+ years of experience in related field
- Proficiency in Adobe Campaign or similar tools (Unica, Salesforce)
- Adobe Campaign Workflow creation, ACX module (ETL, SFTP and S3 connections)
- Analytical thinker who learns and reacts quickly
- Excellent interpersonal, collaborative and communication skills to work effectively throughout organization
- Background in Data Analyst
Preferred:
- CRM and Adobe Experience Cloud experience
- SAS/SQL
- Experience in HTML5, XHTML, CSS3, JavaScript
