We are seeking an experienced Mortgage Recruiter to join our team as a full-time employee. Come work with a lender with more than 25 successful years in the business, where our team members are our most valuable asset
The ideal candidate will:
- Utilizes a variety of candidate sourcing techniques including referrals, industry association events, open houses, job fairs, job boards: Indeed, Zip Recruiter and LinkedIn, employee referral programs, and relevant personal and professional networking sites
- Develop and execute staffing strategies to identify, recruit, and hire the best talent
- Collaborate with managers and HR partners to identify talent needs
- Develop and maintain a candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs
- Keep track of evolving industry trends and best practices to adjust accordingly to ensure optimal service delivery
- Prescreen and interview candidates for applicable background and skills
- Ensure compliance of all legal aspects of recruiting and candidate selection
- Have strong consulting skills including negotiation skills, persuasion, coaching, teaching, influencing, listening, and objectivity
- Have knowledge of the trends and methods for attracting and developing relations with candidates in the mortgage industry
- Able to meet tight deadlines and adaptable to changing talent needs
- Ability to independently plan, organize, prioritize, schedule, coordinate, and make decisions relating to assigned tasks and responsibilities
