- Administers O365 including implementations, configurations, account set up and security standards
- Builds, maintains, updates, and patch servers in a hybrid environment.
- Manage and maintain SSO
- Configure and support security tools such as firewalls and antivirus software
- Strong familiarity with backup and recovery methodologies
- Administer Azure services, including virtual machines, cloud resources, and identity management to support cloud-based solutions
- Monitor and maintain the performance of the network infrastructure
- Assist with onboarding/training of new users on company systems and security awareness
- Handle help desk requests from internal and external customers in a timely manner to resolve system or hardware related issues
- Support of technologies: Windows OS, MacOS, iOS, Android, Office 365/Exchange, SharePoint, Ticketing software, etc.
- Learn and support SEAM Group software products
- Document clear and concise internal processes and procedures related to duties and responsibilities
- Off hours are sometimes required along with being part of the on-call rotation
- All other duties as assigned
- Technical Proficiency with the following technologies:
- Backup Software
- Windows Server
- Exchange
- Virtual Desktop/Server
- Active Directory/Azure Active Directory
- O365/Azure cloud configuration and management.
- Security Tools – Firewalls, Antivirus software
- Intune
- Strong understanding of scripting languages and networking concepts, hardware and software
- Proficient at managing and prioritizing time effectively
- Provide prompt, efficient, and courteous end-user support
- Strong support ticketing system experience
- Motivated to work independently as well as on a team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient at presenting ideas/explanations in a clear fashion to technical and non-technical audiences
- High school diploma or GED Required
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or Technology discipline preferred or equivalent work experience
- Experience with Scrum or agile methodologies
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a Systems Administration position required
- Minimum of 5 years experience in administration of Windows and virtual servers required
