Job description

We are searching for a Senior Supply Chain Analyst to join our team.

Essential Functions:

  • Plan and carry out large-scale projects.
  • Collect and analyze data to make improvements to Supply Chain systems and process.
  • Refine tools/spreadsheets/processes to aid in data analysis and understand and optimize/improve processes & decision making; make recommendations for changes and document.
  • Perform Lead time analysis; Air freight analysis; Backorder fulfillment analysis.
  • Develop tools/spreadsheets/processes to aid in data analysis and to and optimize/improve processes; make recommendations for changes; supply accuracy tracking; supplier performance impact to forecast, and cost to serve modeling.
  • Gather data and analyze data in spreadsheets and tableau to articulate findings and to make recommendations for warehouse capacity analysis and Fill rate analysis.
  • Provide awareness to activities/trends that impact operational forecast.
  • Review and analyze historical sales trends, research demand drivers: NPI (New Product Introduction) analysis, load in curves; Sell through demand trends.
  • Provide data/analysis to help drive improvement to service level inventory planning: Pull system data (sales, orders); Plug into pre-made model.
  • Work with cross-functional partners such as sales ops, finance, IT, planning, and sourcing to implement results.
  • Review with regional teams impacts and work with IT to upload.
  • Monitor performance of Service Level and perform alternate scenarios to refine settings in support of fill rate improvement, regional inventory strategies and inventory / turns target.
  • Create template for monitoring. Communicate monthly results and recommendations.
  • Remote work permitted anywhere within the United States.

Qualifications:

  • Requires Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Management Information Systems, or Computer Information Systems, and 3 years of experience as a supply demand planner/analyst, Supply Chain planner or related Supply Chain operations position.
  • Must possess 3 years of experience with the following:
    • ERP, Business Intelligence or Data Warehouse tools (including BW), and visualization software
    • Logility Supply Chain planning systemincluding statistical forecasting and TOAD database.
    • Consumer goods planning for both wholesale & direct to consumer.

"Pay scale" means the salary or hourly wage range that Fender reasonably expects to pay for this position; it is neither a promise nor a guarantee of the compensation that the successful candidate will receive.  The pay scale for this position takes into account the wide range of factors that Fender considers in making compensation decisions, including, without limitation: skill set, experience, and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.  If this is a remote position, the pay scale disclosed herein may be adjusted further based upon the applicable geographic differential associated with the location from which the successful candidate will work.  Please note that it is not typical for a Fender employee to be at or near the top of the pay scale for their role - especially as a new hire - and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.  Subject to the foregoing, the current pay for this position is $70,762 - $95,000 per year.
