● Leads all SQA activities on a project including planning and facilitating defect review meetings with IT and creating estimates.
● Reports testing status to the SQA Manager, IT Project Managers and upper management.
● Monitors the work completed by the QA Analysts 1 through 3, providing guidance and support.
● Reviews business requirements and creates detailed test plans and test scripts for both manual and automated testing.
● Trains SQA Analysts 1 through 3 on Arrow applications and tools.
● Writes, maintains, and executes automated test script for all in house applications using Quick Test Pro.

Experience / Education
Experience with Oracle and Selenium Applications
Background in testing preferred
5–10 years of related experience
Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
