Sr. Salesforce Developer

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, document, and deploy high-quality, scalable business solutions on the Salesforce platform, adhering to industry best practices and aligning with business needs.
• Utilize modern web technologies to design, develop, and integrate Salesforce for seamless data flow and optimized user experiences.
• Write efficient Apex classes, triggers, Aura/LWC components, and unit tests to support the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing departments to understand, define, and document business requirements, translating them into detailed specifications following structured SDLC methodologies.
• Provide ongoing support for new and existing Salesforce implementations, making necessary modifications to align with evolving business requirements.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of hands-on development experience with Salesforce, including expertise in:
  • Apex
• Triggers
• JavaScript
• Aura
• LWC
• Strong understanding of Salesforce APIs and Web Services (REST, SOAP).
• Extensive experience in developing Lightning Aura Components / Lightning Web Components.
• Proficiency in at least one object-oriented programming language such as Java or C# is preferred.
• Demonstrated expertise in advanced reporting, formula fields, and change management.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the entire software development life cycle (SDLC) and experience with various testing phases.
• Experience using Visual Studio Code (or equivalent IDEs), Git, and CI/CD practices.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues within Salesforce, utilizing tools such as Debug Logs, Flow Errors, and monitoring CPU/SOQL limits.
• Strong skills in writing and executing intermediate to advanced queries in relational databases (SOQL, SQL, Postgres, Oracle, etc.).
• Experience in technical writing and documentation is a plus.
• Familiarity with developing and supporting ETL processes between different systems is advantageous.
• Exposure to SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services) is a plus.
• Additional experience with systems such as HubSpot, Zendesk, Calendly, and RingCentral is desirable.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline (Master's degree preferred) or equivalent work experience, such as Statistics, Mathematics, etc.
