The Sr. Relationship Manager ensures the effectiveness of all P&C products and services delivered into markets/functions, provides market insights through effective employee experience feedback loops, and supports the deployment of new products/product features. The role ensures stakeholder satisfaction through better demand prediction, constant monitor of service performance and responsiveness to service challenges at market level, with rooted understanding of business needs and clear owners for delivery.Your ‘day to day’:•Partner with US market P&C (VP, Business Partners, Integrated Talent Management, People engagement and Director Integration and Expansion) coordinating the demand and deployment of P&C products under U.S. market scope, ensuring value creation through intimacy with business needs, intelligence and insights on performance for product development and deployment.•Partner with CoEs and global P&ED teams (Process/Product Owners and Delivery heads – mostly with Hub in Buenos Aires) to coordinate the day to day operations to ensure service excellence, influence the service catalogue transformation, provide ‘consumer perspective’ on product health insights and to support necessary migration efforts within market optimizing delivery cost.•Coordinate with LR teams to ensure that product design and delivery complies with local regulations, CLA agreements and is conducive to strong relations with labor partners.•Partner with Finance, IT, Risk and Controls, Ethics and Compliance to ensure that the deployment of P&C products and service is effective, efficient and conducive to a secured control environment.•Monitor P&ED service performance across all service streams (Local, Regional and Global) and ensure services are designed and deployed in accordance to the global delivery model maximizing employee experience while optimizing cost to deliver (Global, Simple, Standard where possible). •Ensure that service catalogue meets the needs of the population in all domains, from Learning to TA and Total Rewards.•Champion Change Management to deploy new products in the US Market.•Champion of Employee Experience, ensuring that it‘s embedded in the agendas in the markets. •Develop and strengthen "business intimacy” throughout the P&ED organization establishing a bridge between market needs and Regional Delivery teams and Service Lines, identifying opportunities and deploying appropriate solutions which address market needs.•Build capabilities in P&ED teams to consistently support the market.Who we’re looking for:•Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 10 years’ experience in Human Resources and/or Human Resources Operations.
