The creation of the HHC System Support Office recognizes the work of a large and growing group of employees whose responsibilities are continually evolving so that we and our departments now work on behalf of the system as a whole, rather than a single member organization.

JOB SUMMARY
In coordination with the ITS System Director - Community/Partnerships/Growth, the Community Connect Relationship Manager in conjunction with the ITS System Director is responsible for the operations and success of the Community Connect program. In conjunction with appropriate HHC departments, the manager is responsible for program sales and marketing, legal issues, contracts, and vendor relationships, and assists with the structure and strategy of the program. The manager will oversee all customer relationships and communications, and is responsible to ensuring overall customer satisfaction, and that all SLAs are met. This position will also help manage all implementations and ensure that all timelines are met. This position reports to the ITS System Director - Community/Partnerships/Growth.
This job requires the individual to provide their own transportation for customer visits.
Key Areas of Responsibility

  • Responsible for all sales and marketing for the Community Connect program
  • Meets with customers as needed to assist in implementations
  • Oversee all customer relationships and ensure that service needs are being met, and serves as the escalation point for all Customer concerns
  • Assist the CPG Director with managing implementation team staff on projects to prioritize work tasks, ensure project milestones and deadlines are met, and ensure high quality service is delivered
  • Assists with program strategy and planning, and scoping of new projects and developing timelines
  • Analyze and communicate financial and operational data to leadership for decision-making and strategic planning
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of the Community Connect cost model, and is responsible for developing formal sales proposals, quotes, SOWs and contracts
  • Assist leadership with program budgeting
  • Oversees all program contracting and client billing, including addressing billing disputes
  • Develop relationships with HHC leadership and other HHC departments and entities in order to facilitate leads, create program awareness, and develop strategic partnerships
  • Submit and monitor Purchase Orders for all third party vendors and consultants
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of current Stark and AKS regulations, and work with HHC Legal Dept. to maintain program compliance at all times and collaborate with HHC Legal Dept. on any and all regulation changes, contract negotiations or legal matters
  • Work collaboratively with all HHC ITS departments to develop and maintain Standard Work for Community Connect procedures
  • Reviews and approves/denies all custom training and/or access
  • Responsible for obtaining annual Epic Connect Accreditation
  • Advocate for Community Connect program and customers, and represent Community Connect throughout HHC
  • Oversees optimization and production support needs are being met within the confines of Community Connect contracts and SLAs
  • Prepare the Community Connect Steering Committee meetings with HHC leadership
  • Responsible for developing and maintaining the Program Charter, program offerings and scope

Qualifications:
Qualifications
Education:
  • Bachelor's Degree; preferably in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration or related field required.
  • Master's Degree in Healthcare or Business Administration preferred
Experience
  • 5-7 years Sales/Account Management experience required
  • Knowledge of Healthcare/EHR Industry
  • Project Management experience required
  • Leadership or program management experience required with the proven ability to lead and inspire others
  • Experience developing relationships and presenting with executive level employees and customers
  • Contract negotiation experience
  • Strong interaction and customer service skills required, with the ability to resolve conflicts
  • Epic experience preferred
  • Legal/Compliance background a plus
Knowledge, Skills and Ability Requirements:
  • The applicant must demonstrate proficient computer skills in MS office suite, with strong emphasis on proficiency with PowerPoint and Excel.
  • A valid driver's license along with a clean driving record is required.
  • Proficiency in HHC computer systems, i.e., EPIC preferred but not required
