The Sr Quality Control Analyst is responsible for developing and sustaining the site's mature quality standards and processes. This position supervises one hourly quality associates in a manufacturing facility and has the responsibilities identified below.
Salary Range: $80,000 - $100,000

Position Responsibilities:
Establish and maintain testing and information tracking protocol for raw materials, intermediate products and finished goods.
Develop and update procedures for quality tests for raw materials, intermediates and finished products consistent with international standards, customer requirements, and UOP Engineering Standards.
Responsible for maintaining and continuously improving the lab 5S, standard work, procedures, and processes.
Monitor manufacturing product quality and prepare management reports.
Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions for internal failures and external quality escapes.
Lead internal audits to ensure compliance with the ISO 9001:2015 quality management system standard.
Coordinate calibration of all process instrumentation through SAP.
Administer document control program and expedite reviews and approvals of documentation.
Perform statistical analyses and design experiments to improve manufacturing performance.
Oversee operations of the manufacturing laboratory and operate test equipment as needed.
Train operators how to properly use measurement and test equipment and how to complete appropriate quality forms.
Supervise employees and perform other managerial responsibilities including interviewing, training, planning, assigning and directing work, appraising performance, recognizing and rewarding employees, addressing complaints, and resolving problems.
Bachelor's degree in engineering or other technical discipline.
2 years QA/QC experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
