YOUR ROLEThe Sr. Quality Assurance Manager position is the focal point for all quality aspects of product transfer process as well as maintaining quality relationships and ensuring adherence to Automotive requirements between Henkel and the 3rd party Manufacturer. The position has a broad range of duties and responsibilities which include but are not limited to:
- Lead efforts to with appropriate departments and suppliers to ensure communication and responses received for all supplier issues.
- Meet with customers (internal and external) and suppliers (if needed) on a regular basis to obtain the status of projects, provide direction, resolve open issues, and drive improvement.
- Assist with resolving manufacturing issues, working with PD to determine dispositions for non-conforming materials, and ensuring timely response and coordination between Henkel and the 3PM
- Manage Coordination of Customer Complaints to ensure appropriate RC/CAPA assigned at 3PMoCommunicate results to customer. oManage Customer portals and communication per customer requirements.oLead efforts to reduce complaints via projects, workshops, and advanced technology to ensure 3PM's are driving towards zero defects.
- Coordinator between 3PM and Annual Testing group to ensure timely execution of all Annual Testing requirements are executed.
- Manage Changes, Audits, Agreements at customer specified intervals.
- Lead process to complete Impact Assessments, Transfer packages, and all items necessary for product transfer and change including FMEA and Control Plan sharing and execution.
- Assist in managing certification and customer specific audits per plan.
- Lead Efforts for continued Test Method Optimization oEnsuring robust testing/Results reporting. Ensuring test process is representative of how specs apply to application. oMSA executionoEnsuring documentation reflects all testing nuances.oInspection plan updates and maintenance

The salary for this role is $105,000.00 - $120,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
