The purpose of this position is to develop and execute quality assurance plans, test strategies and procedures for assigned software products and/or services. This position will also assist with the creation of quality assurance standards and practices and provide mentorship to other team members.
- Develops QA plans, test strategies and procedures.
- Performs workload analysis and reviews and assesses test coverage.
- Develops test scenarios, test cases and test procedures for web-based applications.
- Establishes and maintains test data sets.
- Executes test plans, coordinates test activities and mentors others with regard to QA procedures.
- Verifies test results, analyzes defects and submits change requests.
- Promotes a consistent testing methodology and ensures that prescribed QA practices and methods are utilized throughout entire QA process.
- Develops and maintains standards for quality assurance methods, processes, systems and procedures, including maintaining testing tools and defect tracking tools.
- Designs and maintains test automation frameworks, API automation.
- Works closely with the DevOps team to set up test automation in deployment pipelines for CI/CD.
- Keeps current with advances in automation methodologies and tools.
- Provides mentorship and direction to a diverse QA team comprised of members of other work groups.
- Provides recommendations for go/no go decision for software release.
Experience:
- 6+ years software or web/mobile/API based Quality Assurance experience
- 2+ years’ experience designing, creating, maintaining, and executing automated test scripts
- 2+ years testing of Mobile Apps in iOS and/or Android (frontend and backend)
- Mobile Automation experience is a plus
- Strong experience using Selenium /Appium tools
- Mentoring QA Analysts in manual testing and automation
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps is nice to have
Education:
- Associate's Degree in Technology or business-related field. Bachelor's degree preferred.

- Basic understanding of relational databases (SQL), web technologies, Windows and IIS.
- Strong analysis and problem solving skills.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to function both independently and as part of a team focused on specific deliverables and objectives.

Keller provides a competitive benefit package which includes the following (eligibility requirements apply): Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance, 401(k) and Profit Sharing Plan, etc. The compensation range for this role is $75,000.00 to $93,000.00 which varies depending on factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s overall experience and geographic location.
