The Role:

As a member of the Agile Software Development team, the Associate Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst will be focused on ensuring the delivery of high-quality software to internal and external stakeholders. This role will write and execute test cases based on acceptance criteria set by the business.

What You Get To Do Everyday:

  • Collaborate with team members within the agile-scrum delivery team.
  • Identify, record, and communicate software issues, performance, and ease of use.
  • Communicate new feature developments to ensure successful delivery within the team.
  • Review and validate user stories and requirements.
  • Create relevant documentation, such as test plans.
  • Perform regression testing for ongoing software releases.
  • Perform smoke testing for production releases.
  • Continue to train and stay current on new technologies and best practices as it relates to software testing, including test automation frameworks.
  • Perform other position-related duties as assigned.

You Need to Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent job-related experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge computer applications and concepts
  • Knowledge of software development processes and programming languages
  • Ability to critically think and problem solve
  • Ability to self-direct and be self-motivated
  • Ability to collaborate effectively and work well with others
  • Attention to detail
  • Confidence to ask questions in a team setting
  • Drive for continuous learning
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong written and oral communications skills
