KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage the planning, design, and implementation of payroll projects from the contract signing through company rollout.
- Must understand the proposed business processes, understand the integration requirements, and understand technical concepts related to the payroll implementation.
- Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Prepare payroll process flows, documentation, and make recommendations.
- Develop test methodologies as well as troubleshooting, problem solving and solutions.
- Develop regular project status reports to track activities and monitor all deliverables and key milestones.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders such as IT and HR on all cross-functional dependencies.
- Liaison with external vendors and internal stakeholders, as required.
- Prepare presentations and provide timely updates to management and other key stakeholders.
- Assist in Change Management planning.
- Other duties as assigned but not limited to above.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
- Skilled and knowledge in project management and experience in payroll implementations.
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, attention to detail and effective communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite of applications, such as Excel, Word, Power-Point and Visio.
ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:
- BA or BS degree in Accounting, Finance or other business-related fields is desired.
