Sr. Project Manager - Water

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager with expertise in water/wastewater engineering to join our prestigious civil engineering consulting firm. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing engineering projects related to water, wastewater, and reuse facilities and treatment plants in the Greater Phoenix Area.

Responsibilities:
- Manage projects consisting of design reports, studies, technical memoranda, detailed plans, and specifications.
- Work closely with clients to exceed their expectations of services.
- Coordinate with other support disciplines, regulating agencies, and ensure quality assurance and control.
- Manage multiple projects concurrently and ensure the delivery of quality products.
- Manage project budgets and conduct project reporting for clients and team leaders.
- Execute quality assurance and control plans.
- Conduct construction engineering administration management, excluding construction observation, for local projects.
- Lead internal and external project workshops.
- Mentor internal staff, coordinate schedules, and monitor budgets.
- Attend client meetings and industry conferences.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in civil or environmental engineering from an ABET accredited program.
- 5+ years of similar water and/or wastewater project management experience.
- Registered as a Professional Engineer (PE).
- Strong knowledge base of engineering principles related to water, wastewater, and reuse facilities and treatment plant projects.

Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in civil or environmental engineering.
- 10+ years of similar water and/or wastewater project management experience.
- Registration as a Professional Engineer (PE) in Arizona.
- Understanding of multi-disciplined practices required for the implementation of water/wastewater infrastructure improvements.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $150,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
