Salary: $115,000 - $135,000 per year

What You Will Be Doing...
The Sr Project Manager, in partnership with the Superintendent, is responsible for the overall success of a construction project. This position is responsible for providing exceptional client service, leading a project team, and providing management of project budget, schedule, and quality. Additionally, the Project Manager oversees contractual requirements and documentation. The Sr Project Manager helps lead the way in providing a good experience for everyone involved, including subcontractors and owners.
What You Need for this Position
*** A servant leader attitude. The Sr Project Manager will lead, guide and mentor the Project Manager and Project Engineers. If you're not open to helping the team grow their skillset, please do not apply.
*** A diverse project list that includes both commercial and industrial projects; ground up work needed... no project list = no interview
*** Strong understanding of building systems
*** 7-10 years experience in commercial construction
*** Degree in Construction Management
*** Solid acumen for ProCore, Primavera, Bluebeam and MS Office
*** Effective verbal and written communication skills
*** Excellent planning and problem-solving skills
*** Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and subcontractors
