Position Overview:  
 
Are you energized by helping uncover solutions to real world problems? We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the Passport eCommerce product. As part of the accesso Passport Group, you will contribute to helping our clients sell more tickets, streamline operations, drive revenue, and improve the guest experience. A qualified Senior Product Manager will have proven experience in a fast-paced environment, thorough knowledge of e-commerce products, a deep understanding of client business objectives, and established internal relationships with stakeholders. Our top candidate will also have strong communication skills, analytical and problem-solving skills, the ability to interact with all levels within the company, and the ability to prioritize multiple concurrent projects.  
 
As a member of Product Team, you'll play a key role in the ideation, development and launch of our solutions. Your deep understanding of client needs and out-of-the-box thinking will be vital in shaping our product vision and strategy. We're looking for team members who have a strong technical background, can quickly break down complex problems and deliver creative solutions to ensure product success. 
 
Location: United States; then, you choose what works for you! This role can be performed 100% remotely anywhere in the US, at one of our office locations in the US, or a hybrid version of in-office and remote. 
Reports to:Director, Product Management, Passport 
Travel Requirement:Up to10% 
What you'll be working on:
    • Lead product discovery to determine scope, feasibility, and business value of product initiatives by gathering requirements from cross functional teams and performing market research and/or data analysis 
    • Define optimal scope for product features, build functional requirements, and gain alignment from leadership and stakeholders on product approach 
    • Build and maintain roadmap that reflects product priorities; effectively communicate roadmap status with stakeholders 
    • Guide cross functional product teams (product, development, UI/UX) to support effective execution of roadmap initiatives (on time, in scope, within budget) 
    • Communicate new features and capabilities to internal teams and customers through presentations, demonstrations, and documentation 
    • Partner with stakeholders to ensure successful client adoption of new features 
    • Manage competing priorities, dependencies, and fly-ins to balance supporting business needs while maintaining the of integrity your product roadmaps 
    • Measure product success and be able to present results to senior leadership 
    • Serve as the subject matter expert for Passport eCommerce
What you bring to the role:
    • 3-5 years of experience building/shipping consumer-facing products, preferably ecommerce products  
    • Strong understanding of user experience/behavior, especially in a mobile setting 
    • Experience ideating and executing product strategies that impact business goals/metrics 
    • Experience aligning multiple stakeholders in a complex environment  
    • Experience managing and growing a team.  
    • Ability to converse fluently with business stakeholders (clients, operations, leadership) and technical stakeholders (software engineers, UX teams, product teams) 
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills (written and verbal)  
    • Excellent prioritization, attention to detail, and critical thinking skills 
    • Knowledge of SDLC and agile development methodologies

$106,000 - $155,000 a year
Salary offered is based upon experience.
