Seeking a Production Manager (MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN ROOFING)

Job Description:

A Production Manager at A&M PREMIER is responsible for helping with the day-to-day operations on all job sites in the Raleigh/Durham area. This will require making occasional material runs to job sites that run short, taking pictures for invoicing and marketing, handling small customer issues, and returning materials to the suppliers.

Required skills:

• Experience in roofing is required
• Capable of working on our CRM system (Writing estimates, updating job notes and submitting necessary documents to customers)
• Organized and detail oriented
• It is necessary to speak and present well to customers, as you will be required to answer typical questions.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds

Duties

• Oversee and manage the production process, ensuring that production targets are met efficiently and effectively
• Coordinate with other departments, such as procurement and quality control, to ensure smooth operations
• Monitor and improve production efficiency, identifying areas for optimization and implementing process improvements
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies throughout the production process
• Maintain accurate production records and reports for management review

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $49,643.96 - $59,786.28 per year
