Sr. Order Management Coordinator - Logistics

1. Manage the coordination of order status between logistics and sales departments
2. Communicate all schedule changes to engine manufacturing and material planning groups
3. Manage SAP material master creation and bill of material transfers coming to Aiken
4. Responsible for some of the following major tasks related to order coordination including engineering change management, order change management, production scheduling, order screening and acceptance
5. Reporting and tracking of order change, status and completion
6. Assist management with monthly build and ship plans
7. Keep management abreast of projects, vendor issues, workshops, pending problems and the financial impact
8. Work closely with other departments to improve efficiencies and throughput, and maintain positive working relationships
9. Facilitate the resolution of conflicts encountered during the management of multiple workshops and projects
10. Assist management in the creation of presentations and reports for senior management
11. Implement continuous improvement initiatives for Order Management department
12. Maintain a clean and safe working environment
13. Promote a compliance culture in area of responsibility and live the letter and the spirit of the Rolls- Royce Integrity Code.
14. Perform special projects as required.
