The BSN SPORTS team is looking for a team oriented, high-energy Sr. Operations Manager- Production in Grand Prairie, TX. As a member of the Production team, the Sr. Operations Manager - Production is a key leadership role and is responsible for providing a safe environment, developing and coaching all team members, and collaborating with teams across the organization to achieve KPIs that result in outstanding service to our coaches and student athletes.

Sr. Operations Manager - Production is responsible for producing high quality decorated garments for our student athletes across a multi-shift operation with approximately 200 team members utilizing various decoration methods, including Embroidery, Screen printing, and Digital Fusion.

WHAT SKILLS YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE:

• Professional written and verbal communication and listening skills

• Computer literate with intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Able to multitask and juggle competing priorities, pivot quickly to resolve issues.

KNOWLEDGE / EXPERIENCE / EDUCATION

• Bachelor’s Degree in any field and/or 7-10 years’ experience in manufacturing/production* setting*
• 3-5 years’ experience in a Manager level role required
• Experience in P/L Management
• Experience in workforce planning
• Demonstrated experience in coaching and developing high performing teams.
• LEAN/process/continuous* improvement concepts and principles, including creating GEMBA metrics*
• Working knowledge of SAP ERP software, including reporting and analysis
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by a team member to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the team member is regularly required to stand for long periods of time. Repetitive movement of the body is required on a regular basis. The position requires lifting of no less than 15-35 lbs. on a regular basis. Must be able to tolerate working in a non-climate-controlledenvironment.
