· Press Mc Hydraulic & Mechanical -
· Welding Machines (Co2,Arc,tig,mig)
· Plasma Gas Cutting Machine
· CO2 Laser Machines
· Fiber Laser Machines
· Press Brake Machine
· Utilities - Compressor & EOT cranes
· Trouble shooting Mechanical Breakdowns
· Reading, analyzing, and interpreting technical procedures, electrical schematics,
· Prefer Mechanical maintenance of working on SIL,AMADA, BYSTRONIC, TRUMPF Laser & Bending Machine
· Knowledge of CNC machines & ability to diagnose problem within time
· knowledge of mechanical assemblies ,standard & drawing reading
· Deep knowledge of hydraulics & pneumatic systems
· Ability to handle critical B/D ( effective working)
· Knowledge of machine alignment standards , geometry & accuracy
· Awareness and adherence of safety standards
· Knowledge of Lean / TPM / 5's
· Decision making ability in critical break down
· Analysis of break down, ability to find root cause with preventive action
· Spare part procurement & management
· Should have hands on experience of Mechanical crank press:- should have knowledge of dismantling , repairing and assembling of Main Ram , slide up down assembly, clutch break assembly , cusion assembly, parallality & alignment of press. Knowledge of hydraulic overload is essential.
· Should have sound knowledge of Hydraulic press used for forming of material. He should able to attend & resolve problems related to hydraulic system. He should be able to solve problems of bending machines

· Perform routine maintenance tasks and troubleshoot equipment faults.
· Diagnose breakdown issues and implement appropriate solutions.
· Install new parts and verify equipment functionality.
· Conduct quality inspections on maintenance work.
· Collaborate with client departments, customers, and colleagues.
· Coordinate procurement of specialized fixtures and components.
· Manage maintenance tools, stores, and equipment.
· Monitor and control maintenance costs.
· Respond to emergencies and conduct repairs.
· Enhance health and safety policies and procedures.
· Operate and maintain specialist equipment like PLCs.
· Draft maintenance strategies for installation and commissioning.
· Ensure continuous machinery and equipment coverage.
