Job Description

ESSENTIAL JOB RESULTS-

  • Acts as the global point of contact for the Dimensions implementation; effectively communicates with all users from executive sponsor to IT project members and core team.
  • Lead subject matter expert UKG Workforce Central/Dimensions applications.
  • Develops and manages relationships with global business leaders and provides business consulting support.
  • Develops and directs employees and contractors within areas of responsibility. 
  • Works closely with global business partners in corporate and retail functions to identify, estimate, prioritize, schedule, and execute HR projects related to Dimensions. 
  • Facilitates complex global working sessions (remotely), including defining strategic objectives and tailors these to meet business needs as necessary.
  • Directs global project team member activities and consults with and directs team members on assigned tasks.
  • Provides leadership and recommendations to improve efficiencies through developing and adopting best practices that drive success for the Workforce Management teams - communicating findings and making recommendations to Senior Leadership - Labor team, and various business partners.
  • Provides business consulting support to customers and proactively identifies opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Guides business case development for new applications/functionality, including cost/benefit analysis and risk/impact analysis, and participates in roadmap development for areas of expertise. 
  • Coordinates and manages global project delivery and resources within the scope of responsibilities. 
  • Acts as project manager on special projects. Ensures delivered solutions meet business needs.
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, benchmarking state-of-the-art practices, and participating in professional societies.
  • Provide production support and application maintenance for global systems within the scope of responsibility.
  • Works closely with vendors, including ongoing performance monitoring, issue resolution, Statement of Work reviews, etc.
  • Ensures detailed project plans, work breakdown structures, and resource allocation plans are developed and adhered to based on the SKX Methodology, project change control procedures, and required standards, including quality assurance audits and reviews.
  • Uses best practices to ensure solutions are implemented on time and within budget while ensuring that the result meets the business objectives.
  • Effectively identifies, handles, and resolves escalated issues that may impede or delay the project.
  • Engage and collaborate with IT partners, vendors (e.g., UKG), and business partners.
  • Review testing plans and test execution, assessing the appropriate level of coverage, remediation of errors, and sufficient quality to support go-live decision.

Qualifications

JOB REQUIREMENTS-

  • Ability to work on complex, fast-paced projects in a collaborative team setting.
  • Able to handle escalated issues, and tailor solutions and responses to meet these needs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communicator.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Excellent work ethic, displaying dependability and commitment.
  • Experience project managing a UKG (legacy Kronos), Dimensions or Workforce Central.
  • Experience leading enterprise level and/or complex projects and engagements with multiple resources.
  • Experience overseeing and has been held accountable for all aspects of engagement delivery including deliverable production, executive-level communications, and providing direction for all resource activities.
  • Ability to break-down and simplify complex operations into repeatable processes.
  • Proven experience in resolving conflicts and minimizing high-risk situation.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE-

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience managing a Workforce Management Software (i.e. UKG/ Kronos/ ADP)
