Sr. Manager, Technical Marketing & Applications Engineering

This is a Manager or Sr. Manager level position in Technical Marketing/System Engineering. Responsibilities include managing teams to define and debug analog IC products, develop reference circuits, write datasheets/application/design notes, prepare promotional materials, and provide application support to key accounts/FAE.

Essential Functions:

• Managing key projects in automotive product line. Work with Design Engineers, Field Applications team, and Marketing team to define and debug analog IC products for the specific product markets each team is focusing on. Lead the teams to continuously track the latest technologies in the market and penetrate the key customers.
• Directly interface and maintain relationship with key architect/eng at leading customers.
• Provide application support and technical training for key customers and field application engineers

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of hand-on experience in switch mode power supplies. Automotive related experience is a plus
• MSEE or higher required
• Previous Management experience
• Fluent communication skills in English
• Excellent writing and presentation skills
• Self-motivated

Pay is based on market location and may vary based on factors including experience, skills, education and other job-related reasons. The base salary range for this position in California is $175,000 - $230,000.
