Sr. Manager, Retail Sales & Reporting – New York
COTY is looking for smart leaders who are fast and passionate.
We are looking for a Sr. Manager, Retail Sales & Reporting to join our Sales Operations team. The role will be responsible for leading the reporting and analysis of POS information for the US Luxury Division to support strategic business decisions.
The Sr. Manager, Retail Sales & Reporting will work closely with the Marketing, Sell-In and Sell-Thru teams. This role will report into the VP, Channel Strategy & Sales Operations.
THE ROLE
In this role you will be responsible for:
Leading the process in creating Retail Sales plans
Providing analytical support related to strategy, preparing performance reporting and analysis to drive strategic recommendations for business.
Analytical and project management support (Cross-functional).
Works directly with the VP to identify and fuel current and future opportunities.
Author and publish monthly Lux topline highlights and regional summaries.
Continuously monitor to evolve KPI’s and productivity metrics throughout the POS report suite.
Support development of leadership presentations
Lead the relationship and communication with the 3rd party database provider.
QUALIFICATIONS
We’d love to see candidates who have:
Essential:
Strong understanding of US beauty market or consumer products environment
Strong analytical ability, attention to detail and organizational/time management skills
Ability to work with large amounts of data from multiple sources, interpret the data, and turn into actionable conclusions.
Strong presentation and communication skills
Able to lead a team in priorities and make high-level decisions.
Ability to handle a high volume of sales team and cross-functional team questions and requests on a daily basis.
Desirable:
4-year undergraduate degree,
5+ years professional experience in a sales or marketing environment
Strong working knowledge of MS Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint, and working knowledge of database management. SAP and BI tool experience preferred.
Problem-solver, self-motivated and resourceful
Goal-oriented and results-driven

Base Salary Range: $130,000-$145,000 + bonus
