We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sr. Manager of Data-Based Fleet-Electrification Solutions to lead the evaluation, development, and integration of innovative data-based and automated concepts. This leadership role oversees technical possibilities, competitive monitoring, and customer needs identification. As a critical SME in fleet-electrification consulting, this position defines the vision, content, and strategies to enhance the customer journey and optimize EV-fleet solutions.
Responsibilities- Evaluate and manage new tools and opportunities for data-based and automated fleet-electrification concepts, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Oversee technical possibilities, monitor competitive activity, and identify customer needs to drive innovation in fleet-electrification solutions.
- Provide leadership in managing tool development projects, including the seamless roll-out and integration into the sales process.
- Define the vision, content, and tactical approaches for new value-additions along the customer journey and EV-fleet optimization.
- Select, develop, and evaluate personnel and project teams to ensure efficient operations, fostering innovation and excellence.
- Actively steer and support dealer sales and sales business units in all pre-sales phases, providing crucial data, tools, analysis, and presentations.
- Manage activities of multiple departments, exercising supervision regarding costs, methods, and staffing to contribute directly to business priorities.
- Develop execution plans, including business opportunities and organizational priorities, ensuring adherence to budgets, schedules, and performance requirements.
- Control resources and policy formation in the area of responsibility.
- Interact regularly with senior management, dealers, customers, and functional peer group managers.
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 10 of business development, sales, mergers and acquisitions, or joint venture experience
- At least 4 years of management experience

- Preferred experience in business development, sales-process & steering, data-based services & tool development, ideally with a background in fleet management, charging, energy business.
- Proven leadership and experience in fleet-electrification solutions or a related field, demonstrating strategic management and SME expertise.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with the ability to define strategies and resolve complex problems in fast-changing business environments.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills, capable of interacting with senior management, dealers, and functional peers effectively.
