Job description

The SR Manager, HRIS Technology & Reporting plays an important role as part of Darigold's HR Leadership Team designing and delivering Darigold's HR technology tools, HR processes, and data insights. Successful candidates for this role bring a strong process and systems orientation and leverage this to support employee experience by identifying and prioritizing needs, gaps, and solutions that enable Darigold's employees and leaders. The ideal candidate for this role has a deep understanding of HR processes, excellent project management skills, is highly analytical, and is capable of bringing solutions and insights to drive better ways of doing business and supporting Darigold's HR Team objectives.
What You Will Do
HR Technology

  • Oversees administration and maintenance of Darigold's HR systems - HRIS (UKG), Performance
  • Management (Trakstar) and employee engagement (Glint).
  • Reviews and makes recommendations for technology, and system design updates to HR and systems processes keeps pace with HR Tech modernization, follows industry best practices, and ensures effectiveness, accuracy, and efficiency.
  • Supports the development of Darigold's HR AI strategy, including the development of policy, equity, and security practices to support use.
  • Lead functional project delivery, from project conception, to identifying project scope, business requirements, and integration needs, vendor management, contract management, and project
  • Responsible for maintaining HR databases, auditing HR systems for accuracy, and making corrections and updates as appropriate.
  • Manages HR systems integrations, and works with internal and external partners to build, maintain, and resolve issues related to system integrations.

  • Supports the implementation and maintenance of Darigold's electronic file management

Reporting & Analytics
  • Serves as HR Data & Analytics Lead. Creates, analyzes, and supports regular and ad hoc report
  • Develops and maintains an organizational framework for maintaining accurate and consistent HR metrics, including monthly reporting of HR AOP metrics.
  • Develops and delivers to leadership dashboards and metrics to enable decision--
  • Provides meaningful insights to business partners regarding trends and opportunities through HR
  • Supports regional HR Business Partners and businesses in completing audits, responding to customer data requests, and reviewing responses for accuracy.

Compliance & HR Regulations
  • Support the HR team in maintaining compliance with local and federal
  • Updates required postings and provided data for required reporting such as, but not limited to, Federal reporting - AAP, EEO, Vets 100

Other Duties
  • Trains, coaches, and supports the Compensation & HR Operations Analyst
  • Resolves escalated and complex issues by leveraging internal and external resources.
  • Makes recommendations for Technology & HR Operations programs that support diversity, equity, and inclusion at Darigold.
  • Oversees the creation and maintenance of SOPs for HR Operations processes.

What You Bring:
  • Minimum of 8 years of progressively responsible experience in HRIS with relevant background supporting HRIS Technology Programs
  • Bachelor's degree required with preference for HR, Business Administration, IT
  • Experience with HRIS systems and reporting tools required, UKG
  • Experience in designing and delivering organizational metrics and utilizing analytics tools such as Tableau, Power BI
  • This is a hybrid role eligible for up to 2 days of remote work after an introductory period.

  • Self-starter with demonstrated ability to effectively lead HR programs and
  • Robust knowledge of best practices in HR Technology & HR process
  • Ability to take large amounts of data and derive insight and analysis of HR metrics in a format that is concise, user-friendly, and reflects understanding of dairy manufacturing operations.
  • Strong functional and technical knowledge of HR applications, databases, and reporting
  • Strong organizational skills: demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and able to react to shifting priorities to meet business needs.
  • Must have a high degree of professionalism and the ability to handle confidential information with
  • Ability to leverage communication and interpersonal skills to successfully establish and maintain professional relationships and work effectively with all levels of management.
  • Experience working as an individual contributor as well as an active participant in team
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Tableau, and Visio; Advanced Excel skills for data analysis.
