We have an opportunity for a Senior Finance Manager, Supply Chain Fulfillment Operations on the team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team supporting the fulfillment and distribution center portion of our Supply Chain through a finance lens. This role requires an individual with strong leadership, communication and influencing skills to support month end close, forecasting, budget, and long-term plan processes to set targets and measure the success of the organization against their KPIs. You will work closely with stakeholders to translate data-driven findings into actionable insights, and you will be a self-starter - comfortable with ambiguity, have strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
A day in the life...

• Lead a team supporting the financial planning process through month end close, forecasting, budgeting and long-term planning while analyzing results -ensuring execution and accountability across the business.
• Set targets, provide decision support, and analyze results across the portfolio of JWN fulfillment spend.
• Provide recommendations, identify trends, and proactively communicate insights to senior stakeholders.
• Track and communicate performance through reporting on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis to ensure transparency and accountability.
• Support report automation and process improvement to enhance capabilities within the finance team.
• Build and develop a team of individual contributors through clear vision, prioritization, and support to achieve financial and business objectives.

You own this if you have...

• Bachelor's degree (finance or economics preferred)
• 10 plus years of experience in finance or economics with scope and accountability progression
• 7 plus years of experience within Supply Chain & Facility Operations (finance or operations)
• Experienced team leader with a passion for teaching early and mid-career professionals.
• Experience with corporate metrics and analytical methods
• Experienced in driver-based model building that is scalable and flexible
• SQL and Tableau knowledge preferred
• Superior MS Excel abilities, including the ability to use formulas, functions & pivot tables

Pay Range Details
The pay range(s) below are provided in compliance with state specific laws. Pay ranges may be different in other locations.
Washington: $110,000 - $210,000 annually
This position may be eligible for performance-based incentives/bonuses. Benefits include 401k, medical/vision/dental/life/disability insurance options, PTO accruals, Holidays, and more. Eligibility requirements may apply based on location, job level, classification, and length of employment.
