Your responsibilities include managing a team of high-performing FLMs to take ownership of renovations and launch specific deliverables, coordinating activities, training, standards adherence. The Sr. Launch Manager is someone who looks around corners to proactively identify problems and create scalable solutions and mechanisms to simplify and grow the business.
As a Sr. Launch Manager, you will travel across North America for site visits to meet critical milestones and readiness tasks. This role will be assigned a region but will need to be flexible in support outside of the region. You will hire, train, and develop your team of FLMs. You will utilize a suite of dashboards to monitor, identify, and solve for concerns impacting the project.
A Sr. Launch Manager must be able to operate autonomously with strong personal motivation. You must be able to thrive and succeed in an entrepreneurial environment, and not be hindered by ambiguity or competing priorities. High judgment, ability to influence, organization, communication, and leadership skills are essential to success in this role.
