Small but rapidly growing FISMA Software Company is seeking 1 Junior to Mid-Level and 1 Senior .NET developer to join our software development team. The systems we work on are highly visible and rapidly expanding. We are looking for a motivated self-starter who will be eager to join our fast paced high impact environment and hit the ground running. We develop software in an Agile methodology utilizing the newest and most up to date software development toolkits. We build software from the ground up by utilizing a blend of available and custom built in house frameworks.
The positions are located at Arlington, VA near the Ballston metro stop, offers a 401K safe harbor plan w/ employer match, 10 paid holidays, 15 days of personal time off, health insurance, commuter benefits, tuition benefits and more.

Senior .NET Developer for highly visible federal security systems
Must have
- Current Security Clearance (Ability to hold and obtain an Interim will be considered)
- 7 - 10 years of Software Development experience
- 3 - 5 years of .NET experience
- ASP.NET (2.0 - 4.0, web forms, AJAX, page lifecycle, user controls, server controls, master pages)
- HTML / JavaScript (Utilize pre-build JS frameworks as well as hand code where needed)
- VB.NET, C#
- Object Oriented Development (Understanding of class hierarchies specifically related to.NET)
- SQL querying (complex joins, stored procedures, transactions)
- XML (Schemas, consumption and translations)
- Source Control (Subversion Preferred)
- Bachelors degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems or related discipline
- Work well within a team environment; high energy and self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Sense of Humor
- FISMA, SCAP, NIST, C&A Knowledge
- Third Party UI kits (Telerik, Infragisitcs)
- ASP.NET MVC
- Crystal Reports
- Generics, Design patterns, LINQ, Web Services, WPF, WCF, WinForms
- SQL 2005/2008 Sys. Admin Experience
- Windows Hyper-v and Linux Sys. Admin Experience
Must have
