Job description

Job Title:Sr. IT Service Desk Specialist (Tier III)
Location : Constitution Ave, NW, Washington D.C.
Clearance Required : Active SECRET clearance

Description : IBSS is seeking a skilled IT Service Desk Specialist to provide Tier 3 support to end users within the Enterprise IT Operations of the OCIO of a civilian Federal government agency. This is an on-site position in a US Government facility in NW Washington, D.C. requiring an active SECRET clearance. Core business hours are 9am - 5:30pm eastern.

Required Experience, Skills, Education and Responsibilities:

3-5 years of professional experience applying knowledge of the following in support of end users:

  • Microsoft O365/Teams and Adobe
  • MFD/Printer admin and support
  • Hardware configuration/preparation
  • Software installation
  • Asset Management
  • Telecommunication setup and issuance (desk and cell phones)
  • Mobile Device Manager and Endpoint manager
  • Microsoft Active Directory Administration
  • MFA Administration
  • Helpdesk Ticketing Systems (such as ServiceNow or BMC Footprints)
