We are searching for an innovative InfoSec Senior Technical Program Manager responsible for driving global information security initiatives throughout our product, engineering, and business enablement teams.
This role also includes tracking, monitoring, and influencing the priority of significant security objectives, goals, and plans from cross-functional teams.
This is a hybrid role, requiring an individual to work in one of the following locations:Palo Alto (our US headquarters)AtlantaDallasSalt Lake CityNYC
Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end information security program ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product engineering, product management, quality assurance, and customer success, to define project scope, deliverables, and milestones.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Utilize project management tools, such as Jira, to track progress, manage dependencies, and report on project status to key stakeholders.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members, ensuring alignment and clarity on project goals and deliverables.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure timely and accurate communication of project updates, risks, and issues.
- Monitor project budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure efficient project execution.
- Drive continuous process improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to optimize project management methodologies and tools.
- Manage relationships with security vendors and service providers, ensuring the delivery of effective security solutions.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information security, or a related field
- Minimum of 7 years experience in the field of Information Security, with at least 3 years in Technical Program or project management, preferably in the SaaS industry
- Competency in executing Information Security initiatives, including capturing and redefining requirements into impactful work items
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, risk management, and compliance standards (e.g., ISO 27001, ISO 27701, PCI DSS, NIST, GDPR, HIPAA, SOC2 )
- Expertise in project management methodologies, tools, and best practices, with proficiency in Jira
- Experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and dependencies
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and influence cross-functional teams and external partners
- Proven experience in Technical Program management within information security.
- Strong knowledge of information security principles, practices, and technologies.
