SR. Human Resources Manager
Job Summary: The Human Resource Manager performs activities relative to staffing, turnover, quality, training and development, and safety, with the objective of meeting (KPI’s).
Job Responsibilities:
· Plans, organizes and controls all activities of the Human Resource department.
· Provides leadership, direction, training and guidance to associates.
. Develops and administers various human resource plans for all facility personnel.
· Implements and annually updates compensation programs; rewrites job descriptions as necessary; conducts annual salary surveys and develops merit system.
· Develops, recommends and implements personnel policies and procedures.
· Performs or oversees benefits administration.
· Develops and maintains affirmative action program.
· Conducts or assists in recruitment efforts for exempt and non-exempt personnel.
· Establishes and maintains department records/reports.
· Maintains plant/facility organizational charts and employee directory.
· Promotes positive employee relations, and guides, coaches and trains plant leaders.
Education & Experience:
· Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Business preferred
· 5+ years of progressively experience in Human Resources.
· Strong leadership or management background within Human Resources.
· Manufacturing environment experience is required.
· Demonstrated leadership, interpersonal, technical aptitude, and problem solving skills.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office skills
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Ability to work in a fast paced work environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $125,000.00 per year
