This role will support senior leadership and management teams by providing Human Resources- related direction, advice, and counsel. This role is responsible for helping to oversee the employee relations strategy, driving improvements to organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, performance management, talent acquisition and retention and recognition programs.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and guidance to management, and ensure consistency with the execution of HR policies, programs and procedures within assigned area.
- Work with management and/or corporate Human Resources department to ensure effective communication, implementation and/or administration of HR programs and policies to include, but not limited to, performance management, benefits programs (i.e., open enrollment, leave of absence and return to work programs, wellness programs, etc.) department structure and associate changes (i.e., promotions, demotions, transfers), etc.
- Responsible for establishing employee engagement through rounding and creating deep relationships.
- Manage the effective delivery of all human resource services to all areas within the organization.
- Assist with the strategic planning to ensure the organization is well-positioned for growth and HR needs.
- Formulate, recommend, and update on-going Human Resources policies and procedures for the company. Partner with management to communicate Human Resources policies, procedures, programs, and laws.
- Provide leadership to senior leaders and management to proactively address issues and concerns and drive company culture.
- Act as a change agent within the organization to support business initiatives.
- Develop and recommend recruitment objectives and plans within assigned area; oversee the recruitment process and ensure accurate and timely maintenance of required compliance files, department policies and procedures and in compliance with EEOC Regulations, Affirmative Action goals and objectives and Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) controls.
- Promote and facilitate the execution of assigned area organizational development and succession planning programs, and coordinate with corporate talent development team on training initiatives.
- Partner with the Centers of Excellence to support projects, initiatives, and the implementation of HR programs.

Here's What You'll Need
· Bachelor's Degree (Required) Human Resources or another related field.
· PHR/SPHR/SHRM-CP/SHRMSCP certification preferred.
· Eight years Human Resources generalist experience
· Prior supervisory/management experience required.
· Ability to travel as required.
· Demonstrated knowledge of Human Resources policies and practices, employee relations, and federal, state and local labor and employment laws.
· Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills, and ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
· Excellent conflict resolution and effective negotiation skills.
· Strong leadership, project management, organizational and multi-tasking skills.
· Must be proficient in MS Office.
