Human Resources Analyst administers a wide range of HR functions primarily related to risk management, compensation & classification, training & development, and wellness initiatives. Provides support as needed in areas of recruitment & retention, employment, HRIS administration, benefits administration, and policy development. This position also provides professional level leadership to the HR Department by displaying mastery over assigned functional areas as well as recommending, leading, and managing special projects related to various HR functions.
Additionally, this role entails researching, collecting, and analyzing data, developing narrative and statistical reports, as well as assisting with internal and external customers with HR related matters. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Education and Experience - Broad knowledge of such fields as accounting, marketing, business administration, finance, etc. Equivalent to a four year college degree, plus 5 years related experience and/or training, including 3 years of related project management experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
