Title: Sr. HR Technology Analyst
Location: Denver, CO
Duration: Contract
Our client has an immediate need for a Sr. HR Technology Analyst. As the Sr HR Technology Analyst, you will collaborate with HR leadership and cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective HRIS solutions as well as manage the implementation of upgrades, enhancements, and integrations within the HRIS system, coordinating with IT and vendor partners as needed. You will also lead and maintain all HR reporting and analytics deliverables.

Responsibilities: SAP
  • Serve as the subject Matter Expert in SAP HCM system set up and understanding of basic functional and technical set up.
  • Lead the SAP HCM problem identification, troubleshooting and resolution and liaise with the HR IT Support Team to deliver solutions to the business.
  • Create SAP HCM process documentation, Service Level Agreements, and delivery support standards to be followed by the team.
  • Create and update HR data entry processes to support local and global practices and meet business needs.
  • Serve as the point of contact for SAP HCM business processing questions; build working relationships with business leaders, HR team members, employees, and key stakeholders.
  • Lead data audits on a continuous basis to ensure data integrity. Identify and oversee audits necessary to ensure data is immediately corrected in SAP HCM.
  • Serve as the escalation point of contact for SAP HCM data entry complex issues, concerns, system, or process changes.
  • Lead, coordinate, and support project activities such as mass loads for hires, terminations, and salary changes (e.g. Annual Compensation Program), and mergers & acquisitions as needed.
  • Facilitate SAP HCM data processing, maintenance, and entry process improvements for system transactions (New Hires, Terminations, Employee Changes, and any other event reason transactions).
  • Provide technical training and coaching the HR Data Entry Team for the SAP HCM system and processes to ensure continuity and efficiency.
Responsibilities: SuccessFactors
  • Lead and project manage the SuccessFactors module enhancements, projects, and recurring programs impacting technology (Compensation Planning, Goals and Performance) as requested by the business.
  • Liaise between the business and the HR IT Support team to ensure that projects and tasks are delivered on time.
  • Support the resolution of HR systems inquiries. Work with the business and HR IT Support Team to address business service requests impacting SuccessFactors.
  • Serve as the point of contact for SuccessFactors business processing questions, build working relationships with business leaders, HR team members, employees, and key stakeholders.
  • Support the implementation of the Global SuccessFactors Employee Central project replacing SAP HCM (12-month implementation) by:
  • Providing expertise and guidance in the HR Data Model;
  • Serving as Subject Matter Expert in the creation of SFSF EC Reporting Module;
  • Leading the reporting testing and end-user training;
  • Leading the HR Data Cleanup initiative in SAP HCM and ensuring data is ready (clean) prior to migrating the data in SFSF EC;
  • Serving as Subject Matter Expert and support in leading the team through the SFSF EC testing cycles;
  • Providing SFSF EC support on the project as needed .
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
LOCATION: Denver, Colorado standard office environment.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Proficiency in HRIS platforms such as SuccessFactors Employee Central and SAP HCM
  • Must be detail-oriented, analytical, and have a system thinking approach to problem solving and understanding how things affect one another in an overall system from a people, process, and technology perspective.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; experience collaborating on project teams, managing relationships with clients, and presenting to audiences.
  • Ability to work independently to formulate recommendations based on market data and best practices.
  • Must have strong interpersonal skills, be detail oriented and the ability to multitask.
  • Strong research abilities, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Capacity to apply discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
EXPERIENCE:
  • Minimum 5 years relevant hands-on SAP and SuccessFactors experience. Working Knowledge of SAP HCM and SuccessFactors modules.
  • Experience in implementing large scale HR Technology Projects (ideal candidate will also have experience in implementing SuccessFactors Employee Central)
  • Experience working in a global and multi-cultural organization
  • Experience working in a collaborative global team environment spanning across multiple Divisions
  • Experience with HR analytics, data visualization, and reporting tools

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree
