Main Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end People Ops services and ensure compliance with employment laws.
- Manage veterans and EEO reporting, acting as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries.
- Develop and implement Affirmative Action Plans and administer US and Global group benefits.
- Handle employee relations, addressing issues and conducting investigations with discretion and sensitivity.
- Facilitate the separation process and manage employee change requests, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
- Lead open enrollment and handle employee relations, investigations, and separation processes.
Must-Haves:
- 5-8 years of HR Generalist experience with a Bachelor’s or 10+ years without.
- Expertise in EEO, veterans reporting, LOA, and FMLA across states.
- Strong employee relations and benefits administration experience.
- International experience preferred.
- ADP Workforce Now preferred.
- Government contracting preferred.
- SHRM-CP, and PHR preferred.
