Role Summary:
The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for partnering with the business on various HR-related topics that includes hiring and selection, employee onboarding, diversity and inclusion, culture and employee engagement, benefits and compensation, training and development, & performance and talent management. This role will partner with the Sr. Manager of Human Resources on the development of new company programs and processes designed to improve the employee experience and effectiveness of HR Operations.
Role Responsibilities:
HR Operations, Culture and Engagement, Diversity & Inclusion - 75%
- Partner with the business to ensure HR priorities align with company goals and objectives.
- Support leaders on performance management, employee engagement, and talent retention initiatives.
- Coach leaders on matters related to leadership and culture, team effectiveness, and key talent development.
- Identify training and development needs and coordinate employee training programs.
- Partner with leaders on effectively addressing complex employee-related issues and recommend organizational strategies & interventions.
- Serve as primary employee point-of-contact to address questions concerning human resources policies and practices.
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with relevant labor laws.
- Manage annual HR programs and processes for assigned client groups.
- Work collaboratively with Sr. Manager of Human Resources to support the strategic direction on all aspects of HR and assist with creating new HR policies, programs and initiatives.
- Stay informed on industry best practices, trends, and requirements related to DEI.
- Collaborate with the HR team to integrate DEI principles into recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training and career development.
- Contribute to a positive workplace culture through employee engagement initiatives.
HR Analytics, Reporting & Data Visualization - 25%
- Serve as primary SME for HR data and reporting.
- Prepare HR reports, graphics and dashboards that communicate trends, patterns, and predictions.
- Establish and maintain metrics to measure the effectiveness of DEI programs and initiatives.
- Analyze data to deliver meaningful data-driven insights, and powerful recommendations for change.
Years of Relevant Experience:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience
Education (Required):
- Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field of study or equivalent
Education (Desired):
- Master's degree in HR Management, Business, or related field of study or equivalent

- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, and ability to create charts, dashboards and presentations
- Knowledge of talent management and organizational development programs
- Excellent employee relations and employee engagement skills
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Specialized Skills (Desired):
- SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP)
- Proficiency with SuccessFactors
- Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn business intelligence software (e.g., Power BI)
Work Flexibility:
- Hybrid position with <5% travel
