- Hasbro's Fashion Brands is seeking a creative and passionate Senior Graphic Designer who is interested in working at a fast pace with a collaborative cross-functional team.
- Primary responsibilities include the creation and implementation of package development and layouts for the My Little Pony brand.
- Brand development experience a plus.
- The position reports to the Sr Creative Manager and is a 6-month position to cover parental leave.
KEY SKILLS
- Expert understanding of Hasbro's brand portfolio
- Ability to work independently, with support of manager
- Ability to develop projects from concept to completion
- Ability to negotiate with vendors
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
- Highly proficient in Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat, Word, Excel
- High level of creativity, passion and integrity
- Strong presentation skills
- Organized and able to multi-task in a high-volume environment
- Ability to thrive in a changing environment
- A basic understanding of eComm/digital asset creation
- WORK CLOSELY WITH CREATIVE DEVELOPMENT LEADERSHIP AND INTERNAL/EXTERNAL STAFF TO:
- Develop package layouts based on brand DNA
- Create iconography, logos and informational graphics
- Art direct and prep for photo shoots
- Create packaging related presentation assets
- Consider and apply QA and legal package requirements and apply to packaging
- Partner with Structural Engineers to create break-frame packaging
- Achieve key milestones/delivery dates
- Ensure alignment with cross functional teams
- Identify new printing techniques & packaging trends
- Support eComm/digital asset creation
- B.F.A. in Graphic Design or Fine Arts; or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience in related industry
