Our client in Albany is seeking a Senior Fire Alarm Technicianto join their growing team.
Responsibilities of the Senior Data Engineer:
- Demonstrate systems for customers and explain causes and consequences of false alarms
- Educate customers on preventative care and regular maintenance to prevent system malfunctions
- Communication daily with service manager and dispatchers on project delays, requirements, and general status of job
- Keep tools and equipment operating by following operating instructions, troubleshooting breakdowns, maintaining supplies, performing preventative maintenance, etc.
- Complete and produce reports that are legible, accurate, and detailed
- Perform Fire Alarm system repairs, maintenance, upgrades, and replace defective parts
- Perform programming on multiple Fire Alarm systems
- Use product manuals to repair non-functioning Fire Alarms and restore Fire Alarms to original functionality.
- Other duties as assigned

Details:
Qualifications of the Senior Data Engineer:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 5+ years of related experience
- Valid driver's license required
- Able to work flexible hours for on-call rotations
- Able to lift, carry, and move tools and equipment weighing up to 70 pounds
