Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 per year

Job Details:
"Timing... Meet... Opportunity". We are seeking a Permanent Sr. Financial Analyst to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse group of professionals and play a key role in shaping the financial future of our company. In this position, you will be responsible for providing financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking, analyzing financial data, creating financial models for decision support, and advising management on the financial implications of business activities.
Responsibilities:
As a Sr. Financial Analyst, your responsibilities will include:
1. Working closely with the Controller, CFO and other senior executives to develop financial forecasts and operational goals.
2. Applying understanding of key business drivers to accomplish financial forecast.
3. Tracking KPIs and preparing financial reports.
4. Analyzing past results, performing variance analysis, identifying trends, and making recommendations for improvements.
5. Evaluating financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.
6. Guiding the cost analysis process by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures.
7. Improving financial status by analyzing results and variances; identifying trends; recommending actions.
8. Recommending actions by analyzing and interpreting data and making comparative analyses.
9. Increasing productivity by developing automated reporting/forecasting tools using Power BI.
10. Maintaining a strong financial analysis foundation creating forecasts and models.
11. Providing analysis of trends and forecasts and recommending actions for optimization.
Qualifications:
To be considered for the Sr. Financial Analyst role, you must have:
1. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Financial Analyst, with a strong understanding of FP&A.
2. Proven experience with financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking.
3. Proficiency in Power BI for creating automated reporting and forecasting tools.
4. Strong knowledge of KPI analysis and financial modeling.
5. Exceptional Excel skills, and experience with other data analysis tools.
6. A degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
7. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
8. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.
9. The ability to work independently, manage large, complex projects, and meet tight deadlines.
10. A proactive approach, with a focus on continuous improvement and the ability to influence and drive change.
