This role will have primary responsibilities in Healthcare Operations FP&A with specific responsibilities supporting Rehabilitation Services. This role will have additional responsibilities in support of operations analytics and data visualizations in healthcare lines of business outside of Rehabilitation Services.
The ideal Sr. Financial Analyst will be a proactive and creative problem solver that will play a key role in enhancing management's understanding of financial results and aiding decision making through well-articulated communications and analytical skills.
This role requires a strong working knowledge of financial concepts and the ability to work collaboratively across the business to find opportunities for using data and insights to provide meaningful models and analytics to drive business decisions and support key operational and strategic initiatives.
How you will make an impact:
Conduct financial analysis and complex modeling necessary to promote efficient financial operations and implement new initiatives for the service line
Consult with business areas to determine analytical needs, business requirements and reporting.
Identify and drive improvements in management reporting including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, and dashboards allowing the regional Health Services leadership team to monitor operational performance metrics
Produce business results tracking, analysis, and reporting inclusive of metrics and benchmarks, variance to plan, trends, and potential risks and opportunities for the service line
Champion the reporting and analysis of KPIs to allow for the measurement of financial and non-financial performance drivers
Develop visualizations to make sophisticated analyses accessible to a broad audience
Participate in the semi-annual forecast and annual operating budget processes for Rehabilitation services
Work collaboratively across the business to find opportunities for using data to provide meaningful analytics to drive business solutions and support key operational and strategic initiatives
Assist leadership with ad-hoc specialized analyses & solution development
Compensation:
$70000.00 - $114000.00 / year (commensurate with experience)

Education, Experience, and/or Desired Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or Economics required
- Minimum of 3-6 years of experience with superior quantitative skills and analytical abilities required
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel required
- Experience with business case analysis and financial model development preferred
- Experience with business operations support and/or consultancy desired
- Experience with visualization and analytics software such as Power BI, Oracle Analytics, Tableau or Qlik Sense desired
