About this role:
Gartner is looking for a well-rounded Sr Financial Analyst – Corporate FP&A who can provide critical business partner support to our senior leadership team.  The candidate will be responsible for supporting Executive Committee members with respect to budgeting, forecasting, financial management, reporting, analysis, and mission critical priorities.

What you’ll do:

  • Provide senior management with monthly financial results and analysis.
  • Support the corporate wide budgeting, forecasting and long- range planning processes
  • Collaborate across finance function to ensure corporate deliverables are met
  • Prepare quarterly Board of Director presentations in collaboration with senior management
  • Support the development of our quarterly earnings guidance
  • Provide analytical support to CEO and CFO during earnings calls
  • Support Investor Relations with the quarterly earnings release processes
  • Leverages technology and process improvements to drive continuous improvements and innovations.

What you'll need: 

  • Bachelor's degree with the strong academic performance required. Major in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related area preferred.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a financial planning and analysis, business analytics, financial reporting, or accounting capacity
  • Superior financial modeling and data analysis skills using Microsoft Excel. Working knowledge of Hyperion Enterprise/Planning is a plus
  • Ability to effectively communicate with senior business leaders
  • Advanced Excel skills

Gartner believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is 76,000 USD - 106,260 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. Our talent acquisition team will provide the specific opportunity on our bonus or incentive programs to eligible candidates.
