Job Description

The Sr Financial Analyst will focus on preparation of the physician compensation and business plan development, with key attention to on-time deliverables.  The analyst will coordinate with multiple key stakeholders across the enterprise to build compensation projection and business plan for internal transfers and acquisitions. 
•    Prepares and Develops complex provider compensation calculations through contract interpretations.
•    Compiles, reviews, analyzes and develops business plans supporting internal and external acquisition opportunities and new/replacement hires.  
•    Responsible for overseeing the communication and compilation data for the bi-weekly submission of the provider performance incentives.
•    Calculate advanced/complex productivity incentives for non-comp plan providers and prepare payroll requisitions.
•    Calculate compensation plan true ups for providers on the comp plan by compiling and measuring various productivity metrics.
•    Prepares projected compensation calculators for providers going on the compensation plan. 
•    Provide assistance to the operations team on related assignments and provide clarity on any questions.
•    Provide a team leadership role within the department by coaching and mentoring staff members.

Qualifications

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or other related field or equivalent work experience with 8 to 10 years in physician group practice or healthcare system setting.  

Experience:
•    3+ years progressive experience required in a physician group practice or healthcare system setting required.
•    Working knowledge of physician group practice operations
