- Participates in IT strategy development, including environmental analysis, opportunity identification, business cases and business innovation portfolio development.
- Leads and coordinates domain technical and business discussions relative to future architecture direction.

- Develops, and communicates domain-wide policies, standards, guidelines, and procedures.

- Provides leadership, technology guidance and mentors others.
- Partners with other functions across the Division and System IT partners to ensure collaboration, consistency, quality and timeliness of solution.

- Working knowledge of more than one design methodology and framework and at least one Architecture discipline that is considered to be at the level of a subject matter expert.
